Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Paris Easy Move. By making a booking with us — whether online, by phone, email, or WhatsApp — you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. These terms govern all private transfer services provided by Paris Easy Move across Paris and Île-de-France.

Scope of Services

Paris Easy Move provides premium private transfer services, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers to and from Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY), and Beauvais (BVA) airports
  • Transfers to and from Disneyland Paris (Val d'Europe, Marne-la-Vallée)
  • City-centre to city-centre private transfers within Paris
  • Day trips and excursions to destinations such as Versailles, Reims, and Normandy
  • Group and minivan transfers for larger parties
  • Round-trip bookings and multi-stop itineraries

All transfers are private — you will not share your vehicle with other passengers unless you have booked a shared service explicitly.

Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only once you have received a written confirmation from Paris Easy Move via email or WhatsApp. Submitting a booking request does not in itself constitute a confirmed reservation.

Important Please ensure all booking details — including date, time, pick-up address, destination, number of passengers, and luggage — are accurate at the time of booking. Paris Easy Move cannot be held responsible for missed transfers resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

It is the client's responsibility to provide:

  • Full pick-up address, including apartment or terminal number where applicable
  • Flight number for airport transfers (to allow flight-tracking and adjusted pick-up)
  • A working mobile phone number reachable on the day of travel
  • Accurate passenger and luggage count to ensure correct vehicle allocation

Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted by Paris Easy Move are fixed and all-inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden fees or surcharges applied after a confirmed booking.

Our Pricing Guarantee The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you pay. We do not apply dynamic pricing, surge charges, or hidden supplements.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash — payable directly to the driver at the end of the journey
  • Visa / Mastercard — card payments accepted via terminal in the vehicle
  • PayPal — available for advance payment upon request
  • Bank transfer — available for corporate or pre-arranged bookings

For group bookings or extended day trips, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up: Free cancellation — no charge applies
  • Between 12 and 24 hours before pick-up: 50% of the journey fare may be charged
  • Less than 12 hours before pick-up: 100% of the journey fare may be charged
  • No-show: Full fare is payable in the event of a no-show without prior notice
Please Note Cancellations must be communicated directly to Paris Easy Move via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellations made through a third-party platform or travel agent may be subject to different conditions.

Modifications to booking details (time, destination, passenger count) are accommodated where possible at no additional charge, subject to vehicle availability. Please notify us as early as possible.

Passenger Responsibilities

All passengers travelling with Paris Easy Move are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with French law. By accepting these terms, passengers agree to the following:

  • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times as required by French law
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult; child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking
  • Consumption of alcohol is not permitted unless pre-approved for private events
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of the client
  • Passengers found to be under the influence and behaving disruptively may be refused service without refund

Luggage transported in the vehicle is entirely at the passenger's own risk. Paris Easy Move is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Driver & Vehicle

All drivers employed by or working with Paris Easy Move are licensed, professionally trained, and hold valid French VTC (Voiture de Transport avec Chauffeur) credentials. Our fleet consists of clean, well-maintained, and fully insured vehicles.

Standard Vehicle

Saloon / Berline — up to 3 passengers and 3 standard suitcases

Van / Minibus

Up to 7–8 passengers with ample luggage space for groups

Paris Easy Move reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or superior vehicle without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The driver may take alternative routes if traffic, road closures, or safety conditions require it.

Delays & Waiting Time

For airport arrivals, Paris Easy Move monitors your flight in real time. Your driver will wait for a minimum of:

  • 60 minutes after the scheduled or actual landing time for international flights
  • 45 minutes after the scheduled or actual landing time for domestic and Schengen flights

For hotel, home, and address pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After this period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the full fare charged.

Flight Monitoring We track your flight automatically using your flight number. There is no need to contact us if your flight is delayed — your driver will be adjusted accordingly at no extra cost.

Additional waiting time beyond the included period may be charged at a rate communicated at the time of booking.

Liability & Insurance

Paris Easy Move holds all mandatory professional insurance required under French law for the transportation of passengers. In the event of an accident or incident caused by our driver, passengers are fully covered by our insurance policy.

Limitation of Liability Paris Easy Move shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, traffic disruptions, road closures, strikes, or force majeure events.

Paris Easy Move is not responsible for:

  • Missed flights, trains, or connections resulting from traffic delays or passenger-side delays
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or luggage transported in the vehicle
  • Consequences arising from incorrect booking information provided by the client

We strongly recommend that all passengers hold appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

Complaints & Disputes

Paris Easy Move is committed to providing an excellent experience. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we can resolve the matter promptly.

Complaints must be submitted in writing (by email to [email protected]) within 7 days of the date of travel. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days.

Paris Easy Move aims to resolve all disputes amicably. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to French mediation procedures before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Privacy & Data

Paris Easy Move collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your transfer booking and communicating with you regarding your journey. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

The personal data we collect includes your name, phone number, email address, pick-up and drop-off addresses, and flight details. This data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Paris Easy Move reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
